2) Sampling / design charge for any product development

• There will be a cost for the product development / sample making. The product sample will be done from our professional person, using best in class machines. The sample charge will be between 1000/- to 3000/- depending on the material and special process used. Also, we will give only one sample (per size) and if additional sample is requested post any correction / update, there will be an additional charge between 1000/- to 3000/- depending on the material and special process used.
• If you confirm the order with us, the product development / sample charge will be waved off in the final bill. However, if the order is not confirmed with us, we will not share the keyline or anything related to the product development / sample and no refund will be given for the product development / sample making.

3) Advance Payment

Once the order is confirmed with us, a 50% of advance amount from the total bill should be paid and post that product production will start. The balance 50% should be paid before the product is dispatched from our premises. GST will be charged additionally as per government rules.

4) Refund & Cancellation Policy

For refunds to be processed the customer should inform in advance (before start of product production work), failure to do so will result in fortification of any advance payment.

5) Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Karnataka/India].

6) Changes to Terms and Conditions

Instera Global Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on our website with the effective date.
